Can this help with anxiety, overwhelm or depression?

Many people come to this work feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves.

Often, these feelings are signs that the body and nervous system have been under pressure for too long.

The work helps people slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin creating a greater sense of calm and emotional steadiness.

I feel emotionally out of control. Can this work help?

Yes. Many people feel reactive, stuck in patterns or unable to control how they respond to life.

A huge part of the work is helping people understand the connection between their thoughts, body, nervous system and behaviours.

As that understanding grows, people often begin to feel calmer, clearer and more in control of their responses.

Can changing my narratives really affect my health?

Yes. The words and stories we use about ourselves can shape stress, behaviour, recovery and identity.

This work helps people notice unhealthy narratives and begin building calmer, healthier ways of understanding themselves and their lives.

Can this work help with pain?

Pain is complex, and every person’s experience is different.

Part of this work involves exploring the relationship you have with pain, including the beliefs and narratives you use to describe your body.

The pain may not disappear completely, but your understanding of it can change, along with the impact it has on daily life.

Can this help with chronic pain or inflammation?

Many people come to this work with chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue or ongoing health struggles.

The work explores the relationship between stress, inflammation, nervous system health, recovery, movement and metabolic wellbeing.

Many people begin to feel more energy, less inflammation and a greater sense of control over their health.

Can this work help improve sleep?

Sleep is closely connected to stress, emotional pressure, nervous system health and daily habits.

Through awareness, recovery, movement and lifestyle changes, the body often begins to feel calmer and safer, allowing sleep to improve naturally over time.

What if I struggle with motivation or procrastination?

What people call lack of motivation is often exhaustion, overwhelm or nervous system dysregulation rather than laziness.

The work focuses on rebuilding clarity, structure and self-trust through small, sustainable changes.

Do I need experience with fasting?

No. Many people begin with simple changes around awareness, food quality and meal timing.

Fasting is introduced gradually and only where appropriate, always shaped around the individual.

Is this about weight loss?

Not specifically.

Weight loss can happen naturally through improving food quality, reducing inflammation and supporting metabolic health, but the deeper focus is overall wellbeing and reconnection with the body.

What makes this different?

This work is grounded in lived experience.

It combines emotional awareness, nervous system health, fasting, recovery, movement and honest conversation in a calm and practical way.

The intention is not to become somebody else, but to reconnect with yourself.

What does working with me involve?

The work combines emotional awareness, nervous system health, fasting, metabolic wellbeing, recovery, movement and honest conversation.

Some people work with me one to one, while others join group programmes, workshops or wellbeing projects.

The aim is not pressure or perfection, but helping people create healthier, calmer and more sustainable ways of living.

What does one to one coaching look like?

One to one coaching provides personalised support, guidance and accountability in a calm and flexible way.

Sessions are usually held online and shaped around the individual, their lifestyle and what they are currently navigating physically, mentally and emotionally.

Support may also include regular check-ins and WhatsApp communication between sessions.

What does the group work involve?

The group programmes bring together small groups of people in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Sessions combine education, reflection, fasting support, nervous system awareness and practical lifestyle change, while also creating a sense of community and shared learning.

How do we communicate during the programmes?

Most communication takes place online through video calls, group sessions, regular check-ins and WhatsApp communication.

Depending on the programme, support may also include accountability messages, reflections and guidance between sessions.

What does a Reset programme involve?

The Reset programmes combine mindset education, fasting, nervous system health, movement, recovery and lifestyle change.

Programmes may include support around food, habits, sleep, stress, emotional wellbeing and metabolic health.

The intention is not extreme restriction, but creating space for the body and mind to recover.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is coaching, education and guided support.

The work combines lived experience, mindset education, nervous system awareness and practical lifestyle change.

Do I need to be fit or healthy to start?

No.

Some people arrive feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves or unsure where to begin.

The work starts from where you are now, not where you think you should be.

What if I feel nervous about reaching out?

That is completely normal.

There is no pressure or judgement. Sometimes a simple conversation is the first step towards meaningful change.

These questions cover some of the areas people often ask about before starting the work.

They are here to give a clearer understanding of the approach, the programmes and the different ways the work may support people physically, mentally and emotionally over time.
